The cosy shepherd’s cabins sleep four (two adults and two children under 12) and have welcoming interiors with well-equipped kitchens, an open-plan dining/sitting area and a bedroom area with a king-size bed and two overhead single bunk beds. For added luxury, there’s an ensuite bathroom featuring an invigorating rain shower. Each cabin also has a private decked terrace that is perfect for dining al fresco.

Recently crowned Best Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park at the East of England Tourism Awards, Applewood Countryside Park sits in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside. Spread across 13 acres of grassy parkland in the tranquil village of Banham, its onsite facilities include an outdoor play area and a covered games den with table tennis, giant draughts, chess and Connect 4.

The lucky winning family will also enjoy a day of authentic prehistoric action at the 85-acre ROARR!, with more than 25 different dinosaur-themed attractions. 

Ideal for families with children aged two to 10, highlights include Valley of the Dinosaurs, an immersive and interactive 812-metre trail that combines educational adventure with thrills, surprises and the chance to get up close to 21 animatronic dinosaurs.

Adventure awaits with two awesome Jurassic-themed rides: Swing-O-Saurus and Raptor Contraptor, as well as the treetop Predator High Ropes, plus extensive outdoor play. Also not to be missed is Dinomite, Norfolk’s largest indoor adventure play area with an impressive circuit of rope bridges, climbing nets, twisty tunnels, obstacles, ball pits, rainbow bumper slide and, for the brave, virtual drop slides.

Animal-loving families will not be disappointed either with baby guinea pigs and other furry, feathered and scaly friends at the Secret Animal Garden. They can also enjoy an Animal Encounter, or head to Dippy’s Theatre for live shows, movies and meet-and-greets. 

ROARR! is located nine miles north-west of Norwich and around a 2.5-hour drive from London. Greater Anglia operates regular services from London Liverpool Street to Norwich station, from there it's around a 25-minute drive to the park.

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.

2. Entries must be received by 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2024. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter.

5. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw, which will take place by 7 April 2024. The first entry drawn will be the winner.

6. The three-night stay at Applewood Countryside Park and day out at ROARR! is suitable for two adults and two children under 12. The break cannot be taken over any bank holiday weekends and must be taken by 31 December 2024.

7. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.

8. The prize must be redeemed by the winners within one month of being notified.

9. The Prize does not include travel/transportation, or any other costs of a personal nature including insurance and spending money.

10. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative. Prize may not be sold on online auction sites.

11. Upon confirmation of acceptance, the winner may be announced on ROARR!’s and Applewood Countryside Park’s social media channels.

12. Winners can book a stay that is longer than three nights or request extra services available at each location but any costs beyond those detailed in the prize will be at the winner’s own expense.

13. The Shepherd’s Cabin is provided on a 'self-catering' basis. Linen and towels are included.

14. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over. When contacted, the winner may be asked to provide proof of age. The winner must complete a guest booking form detailing full contact details.

15. ROARR!/Applewood Countryside Park may change or restrict the arrival dates from the available booking dates window above. 

16. Prize information will be sent out via email after the winner has accepted their prize, and arrangements will be made for dates and times of arrival.

17. No refunds will be given if the full value of prize is not redeemed.

18. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 

19. Employees connected with this promotion from ROARR!, Applewood Countryside Park, any employees of third-party prize suppliers and promotional agencies and their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place.
