With its fairytale setting and gorgeous time capsule interior, this house offers a real slice of American history. While the original occupants lived on through the perfectly preserved décor, it’s time for new owners to continue their legacy.

The enigmatic home came to market in 2019 for just shy of $1.5 million (£1.2m) but it is unclear if it sold. Whatever the case, it hit the market again in 2020, this time for double the original price at $2.9 million (£2.3m) according to Zillow. In 2021 it was listed yet again, this time for $1.6 million (£1.3m). The listing was removed, so we don't know if anyone took the opportunity to buy the home, but we're jealous if they did!
