A disused quarry area turned world-class swimming destination, Blue Lagoon, located just north of Abereiddy Beach, has long mesmerised visitors with its electric-blue waters.

It’s also a favourite with watersports enthusiasts: the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series has taken place here several times, and kayaking and coasteering are highly popular too. It’s best avoided at weekends, when it can get pretty busy.
